Additional Baltic Route Opened from Klaipeda to Teesport – BALT VI

Containerships is launching an additional route on our BALT service, BALT VI, running between the UK and the Baltics.

Containerships are pleased to announce the launch of BALT VI, a new service operating between the UK and the Baltics. Running from Klaipeda to Teesport, BALT VI provides increased capacity, flexibility and reliability during the peak season in eastern Europe.

The service, operating on mv A2B Leader, launched on Friday 16th October 2020 and arrived in Teesport on Monday. It provides an added weekly capacity of 280 TEUs with a transit time of just four days. A Friday departure from Klaipeda ensures cargo is ready in the UK at the start of the following week.
